It’s time to pack your bags and head to a warmer climate for VBS 2017! During Expedition Norway kids explored the chilly region of the northern hemisphere; in 2017 kids travel to the southern hemisphere to experience a variety of climates in Peru. From the mountains to the jungle, kids are reminded God is at work in the lives of kids no matter where they live.

Group’s Cross Culture VBS has a whole new look for 2017! Not only are we traveling from the snowy climate of Norway to the warm and colorful culture of Peru, but we’re introduced to some brand new characters as we discover God’s good gifts!
- LOLA reminds us that God gives us comfort. (Psalm 23
- RICO ‘s message is that God gives us patience. (Luke 2:21-40)
- SENOR PESCADO teaches us that God gives us peace. (Mark 4:35-41)
- CHARO tells us God gives us love. (Luke 22:66-24:12)
- PACO shares that God gives us joy. (Acts 16:16-40)
As children explore the vibrant country and culture of Peru, they learn about God’s good gifts to them. From hearing the stories of Peruvian children to tasting Peruvian food, children are immersed in the culture of Peru throughout the week. Bible lessons about Christ, Paul and Silas, and Anna and Simeon teach children about good gifts God gives them.
