Why can’t I add on to my order later?
We can accept second shirt orders after the original one is made, but there are a few things to consider before making the purchase.
We are not able to add to the original order. Any subsequent order is considered a new order and the pricing and delivery time will reflect an individual order. When the order is less than 25 shirts, pricing can be very expensive due to the small quantity. We are not able to offer the same price that the customer received on their original order, and the price can often be more than $25/shirt.
Because it is a new order, the additional shirts will not arrive with the first shipment and could take an additional two weeks to arrive.
Why does it take so long to get my t-shirts?
It normally takes about two weeks for the shirts to print, ship and deliver. The bulk of that time is the printing phase and there is nothing that can be done to speed it up. Due to the nature of screenprinting, the time spent in print can vary, so there are instances where the shirts will arrive early. We are not, however, able to guarantee delivery any sooner than two weeks.
Do you offer rush delivery?
At this time we are unable to offer rush delivery. There is always a chance that the shirts could arrive inside of two weeks, but we cannot guarantee it. We ship from three locations around the country. Most people in the USA will receive their items within two to three days after printing has completed.
Why can I choose different shirt colors but only one ink color (or ink color combination) in my order?
The printer takes your design and sets it up on the screen for print. The machine will press down on your garment over and over until your order is complete. The garment can be an interchangeable item, but the ink and design must remain consistent.
Think of your printer at home. You could fill it with multiple paper colors, mix them all together and print 500 copies of the same document. But if you wanted to print 100 of the 500 documents with a second ink color, it would require a second print. In the same way, any ink or design changes is a separate item on an order.
How do I work with the designer on my shirt?
When choosing the shirt design that is right for your VBS, you will have the option to customize the design yourself or let our Design Team customize it for you. If you choose to customize yourself, you will be taken to our Design Studio where certain elements of the graphics (i.e. text, ink color, etc.) will be available for you to manipulate.
If you choose to let the Design Team customize it for you, you will need to fill out a short form with your church name and contact information, and a member of the Design Team will contact you through email within 24-48 hours with login instructions to view your proof. You will have the ability to correspond with the Design Team over your shirt until we have created the perfect shirt design for you, your church and your VBS.
What is the design and order process for custom shirts?
The first step to the shirt ordering process is to pick the design that fits your needs. We carry multiple designs for most VBS themes. Once you have picked a design, you will have the option to customize the design yourself or let a member of the Design Team customize it for you. You are not locked into the design you originally choose and you may pick a different design if you decide it is not right for you.
Whether you choose to customize the design yourself or have a member of the Design Team do it for you, your shirt proof(s) will be stored on our Custom Ministry Products website. If you customize yourself, you may create the login yourself. If you choose to let a member of the Design Team customize for you, you will be provided with login information upon first correspondence.
Once you have approved your design, you will be asked to choose your sizes and check out on our Custom Ministry Products website to complete your order.
We recommend ORDERING VBS shirts by the date listed in order to receive your shirts before your Vacation Bible School begins. This is the recommended ORDER date, please submit your request for an estimate and begin the design process well before the order date.
