VBS Tip #5 – How to Impact the World with Your VBS

Missions is likely a key part of your church, so why not make it a big part of your Children’s Ministry? Teach kids from a young age about the Great Commission and give them opportunities to see God working in the lives of children across the world.

The easiest way to add a Missions component to your VBS is to include the Water for Tanzania program. Water for Tanzania is easy for directors to implement, and easy for kids to understand, and it’s 100% FREE !

Join Concordia Supply & Empowering Lives International in providing clean for children & communities in Tanzania! A little change goes a long way. Your donations turn into professionally drilled fresh water wells that supply clean water to 600 people per well. You’re providing a hopeful future where kids can spend more time in school and less time gripping with the consequences of dirty, contaminated water. By giving your spare change, you can change their lives forever.

3 Easy Steps to Participate:

  1. Get your Free Resources: Take the first step in adding missions to your VBS by downloading your free resources. We offer free resources for kids to better understand the situation in Tanzania. Download powerful videos, reproducible flyers and more.
  2. Collect Change: Collect change each day of your VBS to send to Tanzania. To help Empowering Lives International meet their goals for 2018, we have agreed to cover all overhead costs so that 100% of your donations go to water well projects.
    • Tip: Get a bucket from your local hardware store so your kids can collect funds in the same bucket that Tanzanian children collect water!
  3. Send Donations:
